ABOUT ME
ROB ENRIGHT
I founded Foothill Strength and Conditioning for one purpose: to use my years of experience in sports and fitness to help you reach your highest fitness goals. I have spent the last 9 years developing and fine tuning my workouts to give you a wide range of health benefits. Whether your goals are weight loss, improving your strength or increasing your mobility, I have an excise for you. I am certified as a level 1 crossfit instructor and have both my weightlighting and mobility crossfit certifications. No matter your fitness goals, I have a program to help you obtain them. Whether your a stay at home mom or a professional athlete, I have many different exercises for your individual fitness level.
